Qualified for Sports Massages, I practice from my home in Bath.
I am convinced that massages can benefit everyone with muscle or joint pain and injuries. They could be caused by Sport practice or everyday life activities.
Through my practice, I focus on reducing tensions and tightness in the muscles to speed up recovery and reduce pain.

I can also offer Relaxation massage.
​
I am a member of the UK Federation of Holistic Therapy (Professional association) and fully insured.

SPORTS MASSAGE
Sports massages can help reduce muscle and joints pains, support injury recovery and prevention.
​
The techniques involve deep strokes, assisted stretches, trigger points and soft tissue manipulations.
​
It's applicables both for injuries and pains caused by Sports practices or by every day life activities (i.e prolonged sitting, heavy lifting, poor posture...)
​
Sports Massages can also be part of the athlete performance programme (pre or post events).
RELAXATION MASSAGE
The Relaxation massage aims to achieve overall wellbeing by slowly working on the muscles to release tensions.
It implies classic effleurage, petrissage and tapotements techniques.
PRODUCTS
I use a range of natural oils and waxes, including Vegan wax, from UK based companies (Naissances and Songbird Naturals) and Weleda.
All non tested on animals.

The various options allow to cater for different skin types and allergies: Grapeseed oil, Coconut Oil, Almond Oil, Arnica oil.
​
We will discuss any allergies and your preferences during our initial consultation questionnaire.

For your first visit you will need to book a 60mn appointment to allow time to go through the initial consultation questionnaire and a full evaluation & assessment of your injuries or pain.
